STUDIO PROTOCOLS (masks not currently required)
- Please, park in the designated space or utilize the public spaces across the street, (do not park in front of the hair salon), and text that you have arrived, wait to come in.
- Please, only one person inside at a time. If the door is closed, please ring the bell and wait as there may be another client still inside.
- Be respectful of others and keep as close to your appointment drop off/pickup time as possible to avoid overlaps. Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes shall incur a fee in accordance with the cancellation policy below and may result in rescheduling.
- If you or a member of your household is feeling ill, has symptoms, has Covid-19, or you have been in close contact with anyone experiencing symptoms or tested positive, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- Contactless card payments accepted via Square, please consult in advance for other payment options.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
THERE IS A 24HR NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 24HRS PRIOR SHALL INCUR THE FULL COST OF THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT, DUE/PAYABLE THAT DAY VIA SQUARE ONLINE PAYLINK.
LATE ARRIVALS
LATE ARRIVALS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING. ARRIVALS 15MIN LATE SHALL INCUR A FEE OF HALF THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT, OR THE MINIMUM OF $25 WHICHEVER IS GREATER, IN ADDITION TO THE GROOMING COST IF SERVICE IS PROVIDED, AND DUE/PAYABLE THAT DAY.
ARRIVALS 30MIN LATE OR MORE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RESCHEDULED AND SHALL INCUR THE FULL COST OF THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT DUE/PAYABLE THAT DAY.
NO SHOWS
FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SHALL INCUR THE FULL COST OF THE GROOMING APPOINTMENT DUE/PAYABLE THAT DAY VIA SQUARE ONLINE PAYLINK. IN ADDITION, NON-REFUNDABLE PRE-PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IF ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED. NO SHOWS, REPEATED LATE ARRIVALS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS SHALL RESULT IN DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES.
